In 2016, Scott Anderson started 282 lines. An art project to draw a line (using a rope) on the 282 summits of Scotland's 3000ft mountains, collectively known as the Munros.
The body in relation to journey, land, time, movement, environment and place are interrelated aspects of his aesthetic.
Scott Anderson was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. He received his MFA from Edinburgh College of Art in 1999. He's a Professor of Art and Design.
